Close your eyes, try to imagine and “see” a tomato in your head, in your mind’s eye.
If you can see anything at all, even dark shapes, you do not have Aphantasia.
If you see complete darkness, the void as I like to call it, then you have Aphantasia..

Some people dream visually but are unable to do so while awake. Others dream with the knowledge their doing something or experiencing something, but without a visual element.
